The details you give us when you send an enquiry, email or call: your name, contact details, the property's address and what needs doing. We don't use tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
To reply to you, inspect the property, quote and carry out the work. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who sees it
Our team, and the services we use to run the business, such as our email provider. We share details with others only when the job needs it, for example a supplier delivering to the site, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the job and our records, and take reasonable steps to protect them.
