David leads the company, and every quote is based on an on-site inspection and signed by him. He looks at a building the way an owner's representative would: what has failed, why, and what it will take to fix it properly.
Most of the work is for strata managers, owners corporations, real estate agencies and property managers, alongside commercial clients and homeowners.
How we work
Fix the cause first
A stain on a ceiling is usually a roof, a gutter or a membrane somewhere above it. We find and fix the source before making good the damage, and we tell you about anything else we notice that will cause trouble later.
Like for like
Where practicable, repairs and replacements are done like for like, with due consideration given to the existing character and appearance of the property.
Clear paperwork
Numbered allowances, exclusions with the reason stated, and a price that's firm for 30 days. Larger jobs are priced in parts, so they can be approved in stages.
Where we work
Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Port Stephens, and further afield for regular clients. Our office is at 30 Darling St, Hamilton South.
